BRIEF SCHEDULE: The weekend will be filled with breath work sessions with live music of drums and the rain stick. Yoga sessions with Jane Corben who has been training for the past 35 years in her field. Experience high quality fresh local food with Byron Bay Chef Amy. A hike in the Kosciuszko National Park and plenty of time immersing ourselves in the cold. All activities are optional.
