“I believe the greatest gift is the
nourishment received from mother
nature. Sacred seeds sown and

with ancient knowledge to cleanse,
heal and fuel the body, spirit & mind.

the zilky way
Make it stand out
All journeys start in the mountains where I gain clarity and perspective. My soul kisses the beautiful earth with deep acknowledgment of past, present and emerging caretakers of the country. I connect with our ancestors with reverence to their pain and listen deeply to understand their ways of working in harmony with the mother of nature. With gratitude and song, I collect sacred water from the waterfalls or a local pure source and utilise it for all cooking, soaking and beverages. This water is then filtered and re-mineralised on shungite rocks to provide the most nutrient-available water. I chase these rivers down to the valleys. Here, native bush food is gratefully foraged. From foraging in the wild I'm blessed with local and seasonal offerings consciously grown in rich soil with an abundant microbiome.
Please Note: Zilky will be providing us with our meals for both events 2024.
